Advertisers/PR

What I love is writing and my dogs. This blog is a labor of love and maybe someday will provide the income for feeding my dog at the level to which she’s become accustomed.

So sometimes I’ll get paid for things you see or read about here. If I’m being paid for a post I’ll disclose that information up front in that post, but I also want to lay out my full disclosures here:

Blog Policy

Everything here is written and edited by yours truly (Peggie) and is for informational purposes only. I don’t prescribe, diagnose or treat dogs (or any animal) and in no way purport to be a veterinarian or other professional animal healthcare provider. If you have any questions about the content please be sure to reach out to me at pointsonpets@gmail.com.

The author of this blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation.

Compensation received will never influence the content, topics or posts on this blog. Your trust as a reader is imperative to my success and I will always tell you the real deal. When it’s live, all advertising is generated by a 3rd party ad network. They are clearly identified as paid advertisements. I don’t plan to clutter this site with them, but over time you may see them.

All views and opinions here are solely my own (the blog owner). I won’t claim to be an expert on a certain topic without adequate certification and any time I endorse a product or service you can bet your bippy that the endorsement is based on my personal experience and worthy of such endorsement. Any product claim, statistic or quote or other representation should be verified with the manufacturer.

This blog doesn’t contain content that may present a conflict of interest. (I’m a fan of positive reinforcement training – so you won’t see me telling you great things about trainers and tools that are about dominance training).

This blog contains affiliate links. That means I might work with some brilliant companies and people that serve my same audience, and they offer me a commission on any sales or leads this site sends their way. The good news is that it doesn’t cost you anything to click through a link and it actually supports my little family and keeps us in treats. Deuce totally thanks you for your support (as do I)!

Writes with dogs is an Amazon Affiliate. Amazon uses cookies which helps ensure that I get commission when you buy something after clicking through a link or banner on my site. If you’re so inclined, read more about that process on Amazon’s Privacy Policy Page.

This statement is made on December 30 2018 and I have the right to change it in the future with or without notice.
